Suing becomes such a popular thing today, especially from these environmental groups and the system itself doesnt have punishment for mis-suing and the damage has already been done to the being sued side. So unfair. May be they should be charged with a huge court fee, or compensation to the other side, including the people who lost their jobs and the government who lost their tax.

the losing side usually pays the court costs/fees.   the successful side can counter-sue for costs and damages. however, if the SSI loses (and I think they will after being exposed by David Webb) the illegals will cut off funding IMHO.  That means EMDS, PT TMS, and Baru win a judgement they cannot collect.
