Seems the lawsuit was the wake-up call needed, appears a serious investigation is underway by the Indonesian Police ( not the bought-off local Sangihe PD ) and arrests are imminent.

As a poster on CEO.CA noted, the short squeeze here could be spectacular. Pay no attention to any "official" short interest, the naked short here was laid off "wink-wink, nudge-nudge" style. But when the fails-to-deliver start to pile up, the logjam breaks wide open, and there'll be no stopping it.
