It appears BARU has won in Manado ( the important case ) but was handed a minor setback / speedbump in the Jakarta appeal, which should be easily cleaned up with some legal paperwork.

Time for optimism. Now throw all the environment-raping illegal miners and their hypocritical front organisation "Save Sangihe Island" in prison for the rest of their lives.
