Hey Traps7, I'll take the digging in the dirt as a compliment, given what we are talking about.  I'm keeping my eye on what is going on with BAY, as I am very excited about the possibilities here. I have not seen the video of the hearings, but would be very interested in seeing them, so I will look and see what I can find. Thank you for your continued research, I do hope we see BAY
