Ok food for thought but huge scenarios . First off Bay owns 100% of Storm and in the drivers seat until All Obligation by AW are met and as per Tom not even half way yet ( Money Spent and Lat Post EMAIL ) so this winter lets lay out some potential scenarios before AM comes back next year to drill . First off  AW Market Cap . Anybody and his Uncle that knows mining knows no way AW is going to mine this property with the present  MC and mayby double  by the time we get all assays . Now think Hard about this . Nowhere do I see something about a penalty if forget AW walking away as per the clown show bashers WE ( BAY walks away ) We have no money so how so ?. First scenario with the  many assays to come and  with some  grades never before seen on this planet before already Bay could easily have a Market cap much bigger that AW (Hogwash you say ?. We own 100% of this property . Another scenario . Jv with a big fish on more favorable terms then the buyin proposed by AW and there are plenty out there and hey dont you think our former partners (BHP)Are not pissed off there not invited to the dance ? Believe me they are watching and many more as world class Copper deposits with out of this world grades dont come around every day . This would compensate AW for money spent round number 5 mil ( IMO a premium added to 5 mil and this big fish is in . When  more grades and metres come out and an NI-43-101 is established whos to say BAY cant go it on its own ?. Serernghetti went over a buck from 30 cents on LESS . NWST went to 93 Cents on MUCH LESS , Goco the same on visuals alone . There are other scenarios that can come into play but I,m already at a book lol. Bottom line these assays and a World Class Copper Open Pit Mine in the making can have many different turns before AW comes back next year to drill . So while Storm sleeps this winter and we have two Stellar Gold plays( to drill with proceeds from Storm would anybody have a problem being blind sided by huge news and a JV that benifits Storm over AW ?. Dont think so and Tom has been around the block . If we need a new dance partner and shes sexy AND LOADED bye bye AW. Broughton of  Ivanhoe JV  and there good buds anyone and HE Said Storm could be the Next CONGO Whaaat this from another world class Geo .  ?  .Works for me . Yes this is spec till news but logic says Tom does not sit idely by this winter and we get dilluted to 20% next year but hey thats JMO and worse case Scenario read Bejamin Cox posted on CEO.CA back a ways now and very high on the stock (Ex Ceo and still holding over 2 Million shares ) . Either way its a win , win , and dammit us retails deserve a big win when games are played on the ask to the tune of a 7 Cent Iceberg with 2 Milion shares that melted faster then a hooker on a hundred dollar popsicle some weeks back yes 7 Cents lol.  Support Bay and lets get them warants in the money so goombas dont play these games on the ask. Solid post Goldy! Certainly many scenarios involved here for sure!  BHP certainly pissed they walked away from this world class copper discovery! Whoever was in charge for that call  certainly has a lot to answer to! Would not want to be in his shoes! Damn! Ouch! Rest assured Tom and his team have certainly done the logistics and their homework on this project! And then we get small time

i an not going to quote your last post goldy; it does a diservice to readers.  simple question for you goldy; do you think Aston can re-negotiate their 80/20% agreement with AW1? if so, what can you POSSIBLY statement be basing that on? the better the results, the more likely AW1 will exercise their earn in and control 80% of the project   your last post seemed to indicate Aston
