I Love My Bay

But seems the bashers have no love for my Bay so why are they all here bashing my Baby Bay if they hate the company so much that they have to bash and trash it daily and claim to own no shares so trolling  ??? . Could it be that the risk/reward is far greater then the sum parts of all  the bashers brains put together ? . Tom putting in his own money speaks volumes about what he believes Storm is all about and I bet he loves Bay to . Long Bay.

Love it all you want at its 36 month low. If it goes any lower I would imagine that consolidation will need to be put on the table at the upcoming AGM. Gracias. Tik tok. Grinnnn 20:1? Cheers mate.

I love being here to make sure newbies know of the 7 million share overhang at 5-8 cents that a group of underwater traders here hold and dont want to hold anymore. Its that simple.I believe this group has been the main cause why this stock is not doing well. They cause more harm than good promoting false expectations and such. The company does not overpromote its the group of pumpers on sites like ...more

Goldy, you mention a person named Tom. Who is Tom? I never see any posts from Tom. Is he connected to Aston Bay in any capacity? I would appreciate your reply as I know you have a huge knowledge about this company. TIA

Wounded knee . My pleasure to reply as info is power. Tom is the CEO of Bay AND a world renoun Geo to boot . He knows his stuff and believes in Bay to the tune of 470,000 $ in loans according to the bashers (Fins) Now thats somebody who believes in the Storm project and has some serious skin in the game Woundedknee and IMO he must know this is going to be a huge play down the road . There is most certainly must somethign in the works; the comapny owes its CEO $470k in backwages by the look of things...yet he in only paid $86k a year....hmm. I think we can all draw the necessary lines here.
Comment by Patrick2Linton on Nov 30, 2022 4:57pm
9% interest as well. Why not convert loan to equity? 2 cents share price a good time! Maybe wait for post consolidation to covert loan. Time will tell. Gracias. Tik tok. Grinnnnn 20:1? Cheers mate.
Comment by martindale on Nov 30, 2022 5:17pm
Can you explain how a $470k LOAN is backwages? I mean that doesn’t make any sense but I’m sure you being an accountant, even retired would be able to explain how that works.. TIA..

Still waiting for your answer Schocor! Your great at trying to bash info, not so great at backing up your lies.. How is Toms Loan to BAY Back Pay? This is the 3rd or 4th time you have been asked to clarify your innuendo...

Sorry I did not see yuor request for a reply becasue - let be honest - your posts are largely unreadable.  Thomas had a loan to the company of $425k as of last quarter. There have been no cash wages paid to management since last quarter although an expense was recorded in the income statement. . Thomas's loan to the company is now $470k as of the most recent filing.  DOnt need an ...more

If the company owes yuo something and doesnt have the money to pay you; they can isue yuo STOCK. Alternatively, this could be classified as a  LOAN to the company which is what Aston has done.  Thomas has not been paid cash for his services; it lokos to me and everybody that can read a fincnial sytatement that  he has been paid in an interest bearing LOAN instead (8 or 9% interest ...more

That loan is for work that was conducted at Montain, not Storm. Zero correlation to Storm.
Comment by martindale on Nov 30, 2022 8:22pm
That's great but not helpful . Ty Our Resident Retired Accountant said the $470k was for back Pay. How is a Loan considered Back Pay? He/She needs to clarify that statement...
Comment by Copperstocks on Nov 30, 2022 9:02pm
Only saying it how it is. Some speculators who own shares don't even know the name of the CEO, other think the loan is for Storm commitments, some still think a few holes are outstanding from the 2022 drilling at Storm. The board needs this sort of information as most are clueless.

Gee Coppersocks, I now own this stock, thanks to Goldy and Martindale giving me the heads up on a great discovery. Normally i don't even bother knowing who the CEO is or if they are even going to survive. I love Bay because it is so Cheap. " Tom made a huge loan and as per his latest email" Go you actually read the SEDAR documents and go back and do more due diligence. This loan you are talking about is not recent. It first appears on the January 2021 finacials as a 200k loan,Marchj 31 it increased to 295k and by Sept 2021 was 470k.This is all yesterdays news yesterdays loan and clear as mud in the filings......(for you)

The funds in the kitty 15 months ago are all long gone As at September 30, 2021, Mr. Ullrich had advanced $470,000 (March 31, 2021 - $295,000) to the Company. The loan is unsecured and repayable on demand. Interest is payable quarterly at 9% per annum and $23,546 (March 31, 2021 - $9,482) of quarterly interest payable has been credited to the loan balance. A further $3,286 of interest was accrued ...more

Damm, if only we all be so lucky, Frogzilla.  Lol. It is a badge of honor indeed, all I get is fake users adding Ws at the end of my name and using VVs to spoof me. To keep it on topic.  This one of the many ruse the SH trolls use to, in my belief, affect stocks prices, mostly downward, when conducting their short and distort operations against stocks such as BAY on this board. Thank you Goldy for all your assistance in giving me confidence in Aston Bay. And thank you for clarifying Who Tom is. I had no idea he was that far up the Chain and for him to put nearly 0ne half of a million dollars of his own money in Bay is very reassuring. I am a very cautious investoe and that is why I buy stocks under 5 cents. There is no risk to these companies. gl
