Patricia, answer this,...where did the 1.8b shares that traded in 30months between 2.5 and 3 cents all come from, seeing there were only 160m float at this time frame.Documented here in archive..

The longs and esscrowed shares accounted for 110m at this time leaving 50m likly to trade. 

The paterrn of keeping a 3 year MDA at 3 cents is something seeing 1.8 Billion shares trade with a 50 m share float, but i'm sure the Down Ticker and gang will soon regret when they see what BAW has comming down the pipe.

  No idea Traps. If there were shares in escrow they would or should be disclosed on the MD&A and there is no mention of escrowed shares from a securities regulation point of view that are disclosed. You have been working with the company for a long time so why dont you provide more colour around these escrow shares? Like who has them and why were they issued to them? What are the terms

My point to my post that you seem to not understand was, how do we know those shares are actually in an escrow agreement like you are stating? You have been wrong before about warrants and that has been proven here many times over. Prove that there are 50 million shares in escrow as you say. So no escrow agreement exists. Count those alledged escrow shares into the float. If you cant prove there is an escrow agreement its because there isnt one.
