Aston Bay Holdings Ltd > DSO/DSP a game changer..

DSO/DSP a game changer..

This years program is designed to get the required info to proceed with the revenue producing DSO/DSP. Such a program is a company maker as has been demonstrated by other companies, eg Sandfire resources..2012. The idea is that it could fund all projects currently in their sights and could lead to much bigger things....there is also the possibility of a merger as AWM wishes to have a Canadian listing, as per Thomas, also as stated by Thomas at this point it would not be possible to merge until the value of what BAY has been sitting on can be determined. This seasons exploration will go a ways to getting a handle on that.. who knows, also if that were to happen the new company would then have 100% ownership of The Storm Project as well as BAYs US interests and all of AWMs projects...dream? ...we will see what happens..

This year we will also be better defining those delicious plates in the 2200 - 4100 zones, the 7 plates that 3 majors never bothered to follow up on in those areas combined add up to 6.75 km x 4.15 km we will also be expanding on what we know about the tornado area as well as blizzard and tempest, several other plates have also been found in these areas as well.. Tornado alone has an area identified of 4km x 1.5 km mineralized and a plate measuring 1100m x 1100 m... tasty... Blizzard as well looks very interesting.. then we have Tempest, which will be getting some attention as well.....then once that is done we have Typhoon, Hurricane and Squall they also have had very little exploration done on them and how many “new” plates are yet to be found there? We know of a couple already in those areas and then the rest of our 200,000 + hectares.. did I mention that somehow 3 Major companies dismissed not only the hundreds of thousands of tons of Copper Gravel but, The 7 large plates in the 2200 - 4100 zones, The 5km of mineralization underneath the plates and never bothered to follow up on what they did find...? ... nope nothing there... little exploration was actually done with the 4km of mineralization in the Tornado zone or much of any where in the outlying areas by the looks of it.. according to some though there is nothing to see here??? Thomas saw something more.. a new geology theory which is in the process of being proved up...

We have over 100 km of strike length and a large portion of it shows up in really pretty colors on the EM surveys.. not to mention the Storm project is in “an carbonate-hosted Zn–Pb district that spans an area that is roughly 450 km north–south by 130 km east–west in Nunavut, Canada,  Southward compression during the Ellesmerian Orogeny in Late Devonian to Early Carboniferous time produced a fold and thrust belt north and west of the former continental margin, effectively ending carbonate sedimentation throughout the region. This tectonic event is believed to have generated the metalliferous fluids responsible for Polaris and other Zn-Pb deposits and occurrences in the region.” ( Dewing et al., 2007, Kerr, 1977) and go figure we have a really nice bunch of copper showings.. glossins that are at surface and run for some nice distances, with samples that hit 32 & 62% CU.... just saying.. they probably aren’t alone...look at some pics..

Well some of the nothing to see here is in the numerous holes drilled not to mention all the samples taken that have so far been done and will be added to the 43-101/jorc being worked on as we speak. Such as these core lengths ...110 m @ 2.15% CU, 56m @ 3.07% CU, 41m @ 4.18% CU, 25m @ 1.9% CU, 19m @ 2.08% CU including 2m @ 15.98% CU, 48m @ 2.9% , and that’s only some of the holes, the one Thomas found very interesting was the near hit on the edge of a plate that was drilled at a 68 degree angle in hole 10 from last year, 68m of mineralization was found as was zinc and lead on top of the 2m of 0.44% copper thus indicating much larger system and leading them to drill a more accurate hole this year that i and many others hope will show much higher grades and thicker intervals.. we will see.. also interesting that they are centering several drill holes around the hole 5 area of 2022... that was where they hit 41m of 4.18%.....

Being as 100m at 1% is considered high grade, that would 41m equal to about 170m of 1%.. and that’s only what was in that core length let’s see what the new ones bring.. I’m patient..

178 million shares is by no means a bloated float.. not the smallest either, our partner has over 318 million shares and deals in AUS dollars. Many companies have 5+ times our shares... if and once our partner fulfills it’s obligations for their 80% of the operations they are also responsible for 80% of the costs.. again that brings up their desire to have a Canadian listing which goes back to the merger possibility.. would make sense in many ways.. just need to determine fair value between the companies. We will see..

Thomas being an advisor to AWM is very nice... the advisors for Aston Bay are quite impressive too... also nice that Thomas decided to fund the company out of his own pocket for almost $500,000 to see his vision come to life.. 9% interest became 15%... so if he’s right shouldn’t he get paid for taking the risk? Wouldn’t you? ...if as some detractors say it is an unviable project that would mean Thomas will lose all his investment including the interest and the almost 1.9 million shares he bought on the open market fairly recently... does that sound like someone who doubts what he is seeing? It actually gives me confidence.. far better than going to the Street and dealing with the bottom feeders and their ilk who would only take any and all advantage of us that they could...

I personally do Thank Thomas.. I believe he knows more about what is here than anyone previous after all he did come up with the theory, not to mention a couple of his friends and advisors also see what he does, re. The “Congo sized deposit” term that has been bandied about and been used to describe the mineralizations.... Say what you want it’s your opinion, this is mine.... 3 majors can’t be wrong?... 3 majors seem to not have been able to find their butts with both hands, how do you miss copper gravel scattered all over the hills not to mention the rest of what we know is there and not bother to follow up?

Yup nothing to see here, that’s why we have a couple of posters posting about fake PPs and consolidations that aren’t happening. Calling the project crummy and garbage. The constant negativity from those posters says something as they have been working it hard distorting facts and omitting information regularly in every effort to make BAY/AWM look like thay know nothing....only reason someone or anyone would spend most of a year doing that would be in my opinion for their own pocket or they get paid to do so..  insanity is belittling a stock you paid hard earned money on... they sure don’t do it from the goodness of their heart “to protect the people”,  as so far none of them has demonstrated a altruistic sentence between them...DRILL On there’s a Storm coming IMO and also GLTA That believe.....please correct me if I have made a mistake.. TIA...

p.s. thank you to those who gave advice.. you know who you are!

Oh there are serveral year inbetween exploration and mining whereby they get permits, design operations, build camps etc. Everybody knows that.  They will never mine at Storm; but they certainly wont mine at storm in teh next 5 eyars. Dont count your chickens here folks....the

I alwasys love it when someone propsoes that two near bankrupt companies that cant raise money, COMBINE into a SUPER unsuccessful comapny that cant raise money.  Reminds me of pot stocks - anybody follow pot stocks? Then yuo knwo what I am talking abuot.

13 years or more that BAY has owned Storm. In that time frame BAY has achieved: -$25.0 million dollar deficit -179,000,000 shares outstanding. - 3 majors have let their option agreements expire  - own a precarious 20% effective interest remaining in the Storm project. Optioned off 80% with no further monies or remuneration being owed to BAY. -in 13 years, BAY has not been able to ...more

Yeah when yuo burn 25M, haev 3 major's back out of earn in agreements, abandon that claim and move to a new one, the market is not giong to be throwing money at yuo.  The fact is this could be bankrupt tomorrow, next week, or at any time the debt holder forces a payment. I sure hope Thomas the CEO is happier that his job than those picketers I see on the street.

What debt holders? Thomas, the CEO. lol

Exactly WN! Too funny! Plus if the 3 majors had done their due diligence correctly and had not missed all the high grade CU at surface plus the deep plates, things would have played out differently I'm sure! Totally different story now with AW on board! But of course as usual, the naysayers here are trying to make this fit their own narrative for obvious reasons!
