Royalty sale on Storm

re-call here the recent sale by CMD on their Storm claims. (  The company had agreed to sell a portfolio of its royalty interests to TMRF Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Taurus Mining Royalty Fund LP, for total consideration of $4.1-million (U.S.) in cash (approximately $5.6-million). schocor  !!!

PS. cmd shares like Bay shares have a low 3yr mda which in BAYs case here with the knowen hidden value the market does not care. 

PS,.Take out offer seen here for CMD, because of their 3yr MDA causes alot of headaches as you read here,

I am heavily involved in this one as I own a good % of htis company (4-5%).  Management is inept, lazy and sold all the royalties. We are now in tyhe process is removing them from amanagement. The uptake bid by FEX will likely fail: they own 20% of the shares but are not allowed to participate in their own tender offer. ALso, its a terribly complicatd tendering process.  We will - I ...more

IMO Schocor, I am familiar with CMD 2012 royalty and agree their $ 5m looks attractive... IMO,..I due not like the offer in terms of using here (  The offer represents a 64-per-cent premium to the closing price of Commander shares, or a 53-per-cent premium to the 20-day volume-weighted average price, prior to FruchtExpress Grabher's takeover proposal announcement. )  PS ...more

LOL COmmander is an good example of how excess bullish  and bad managamnt ends. But by all means, keep talking about dividends for ASton Bay....lol.

Dividends for BAY?  Huh?   Sorry I'm not reading Traps cuz his stuff breaks the Google translate engine. ;p The future of BAY is either taken over or dead money.  JMO.
