IMO, buy and hold seeing no exit with only 300,000 on the BID. and Millions  stacked up on the ASK. 

IMO,.Longs .just keep low bids in, .Flippers are looking to exit soon and will hit the bids down to 9 cents .

As a "flipper" with several hundred thousand dolars worth of stock I think you are wrong. Wanting to sell and needing to sell are two differnt things. Rich people dont need to sell at .09; desperate people do. That being said, I woudl not be a buyer at .09 either.
