Does anyone is aware of this report by Haywood Securities this morning?  Is it possible that a stock trading at 8 cents could reach 40 cents in the next few months? Any explanations please&

Do you have a link ? Can't find it. To reach 40 cents there are only 2 ways. 1.)  it's consolidating 1 for 5 at 8 cents 2.) it's being bought out, but of course knowing that in advance would constitute a major leak.
