Sits relatively steady when the metals are getting crushed but kind of sleepy when they move higher.

Here we are again. Big rally in the sector but BCM just sits there. I am wondering if it is being held at this price for some kind of mega financing. Sure looks like it. Holds when the sector is getting smashed but goes nowhere when the sector rallies.
