I suspect the recent increased volume and bump in the share price is due to progress on BS-4. They have run into several challenges while drilling this hole (should not be a suppose  when money is tight and you are doing your best MacGyver to keep the drill turning). Maybe they really are close now.  I know Tim was was feeling good about what he was seeing a week or ten days ago.

That information was passed along to me from an investor who has more contact with the company then I do.  I have never spoken to Tim or Dwayne directly but my impression is they are accessible if you call. Best
