I for one have noticed on BEA when I have bought it,there is a waiting period or under review not a instant buy before it got filled.
When you enter your order it seems like they have to find the stock to fill it first.It sometimes takes a while to show up in level ll
Could it be the level ll is not accurate? or the stock is very tightly held?

There has been 36.5 K shares trade@.07  Level ll says only 5K traded The bid was 50k@.065 and 27k@.07 ask   Even with that trade of 36.5 the bid and the asl did not change at all weird or what.

No not weird. Just points to your level of market savvy. Anyway this company is a joke! Doing a deal with another company that can't rub two nickels together, brilliant. Other than duping senile old prospects, which really isn't all that becoming, this mangment is useless. The best is yet to come! What a joke.

Indeed, the Stock is tightly held by insiders and loyal investors. There is a major effort by the market maker to keep daily pumpers and dumpers out of the way and that is perhaps why the level ll sometimes inaccurate.
