I haven't been following to closely. Is there more results to come from the Libby drilling. Maybe the find is so good Belomont don't want to hand it over.

Belmont does not have the cash to win a big lawsuit and I would think they would be happy with their 20% as they have their own better plays on the Flagship CBC plus others..It would be a lawsuit they would not win unless Marquee has not paid up on the whole deal [ Lone star ].Just guess work on my part. No news on the financing as of yet.

Next up will be Sleepy Rounder George can't pay BEA's 20% non carried interest in the next Kirby work program and MRQ gets 100% of the project. When you don't have two nickles to rub together you're not going to win any lawsuits or be able to pay your 20% share. Our rounder really stepped into on this one..
