Of the $10 million cost of new facility, does anyone know?

Anyone know what portion of that $10 million represents the initial cost of the property, and how much is the cost of turning that property into a state of the art MMJ production facility?

Pretty sure the facility is custom built from the ground up.  So there shouldnt be further costs aside from internal expansion of grow rooms.

Ground up or retrofit, there would be a capital outlay for the initial property, and additional capital outlays each month from June 2014 to completion (this month as per their schedule). Together the initial property cost + construction costs of the new facility = $10 million. I was trying to get a better handle on this breakdown to determine to what degree the construction costs contribute to
