Same place as the buyers of TWD, MT, and OGI (though OGI sellers did show up, so volume is not so low as the others).

The market is still very limited at this early stage for this infant industry.  There are still political challenge and financial challenge as well.   A profitable black market does not mean you can be same profitable when it turns legitimate.  The reasons are: 1, Scale – when you are scaling up, there will be lot of costs involved. I believe that veterans, soldiers, and RCMP have their MMJ cost covered for them for the treatment of PTSD, etc. There are 28000ish soldiers, a similar number of RCMP, and god knows how many vets out there. We may discover that our aging population is sicker than we thought. Health Canada projections would indicate that there's easily a market of 20 x 2000 clients today, with significant year ...more

There are about 57000 Canadian vests, so vets, soldiers & RCMP total about 114,000. Vets getting medical MJ paid for them have been doubling in number each year from 2011 - but starting from a low level.

That should be VETS (not vests) - 57000 of them. As per this article from the Ottawa Citizen, demand for free medical MJ is strong with vets, and they seem to have higher than average dosage requirements - 5 to 10 grams whereas typical civilians seem to get by with only 3 or fewer grams per day.
