Injunction Appeal - Does anyone know how this is going, or

how it is likely to go? I thought it was supposed to be adjudicated last month but I've had trouble finding anything recent about it. I think this is an important uncertainty factor holding back the SP on BED & others.

Here's a couple links from the plaintiffs counsel's web stie with updates and pdf's showing length of court and people called upon to testify. It's a guess but likely won't hear anything until the end of March.
