Bedrocan Announces Management Change

I don't know much about either CFO but I like the last sentence of the article:

"It has been a pleasure to have Michael on our team and we are pleased that Amy has joined us to help Bedrocan complete our transition to operational profitability, anticipated later this year. "

TORONTOMay 5, 2015 /CNW/ - Bedrocan Cannabis Corp. (TSXV: BED) ("Bedrocan" or the "Company") announced that CFO Michael Singer will be leaving the Company at the end of June to pursue his career in his native Montreal. Mr. Singer will continue working with Bedrocan through this period on a part-time basis to ensure a smooth transition.

The company has also announced that Amy Stephenson will be joining the company this month and will assume the CFO duties when Mr. Singer leaves.  Ms. Stephenson is a seasoned financial executive and has over 10 years of experience as a CFO of public companies.

"Michael has been instrumental in building a solid financial foundation on which to grow our business, including taking Bedrocan public," said Marc Wayne, President and CEO. "It has been a pleasure to have Michael on our team and we are pleased that Amy has joined us to help Bedrocan complete our transition to operational profitability, anticipated later this year. "

This statement did not move the share price at all. Not even one share been changed so far. Anybody is going to take a look at the investor's meeting at Toronto today?

Would be nice to hear from someone who was there? or prehaps a statement from management summin up the meeting, idk maybe in the form of an investor presentation..just saying. amazing though that the statement went from breaking even in Q4 2015 to profitability at somepoint this year and share price drop's 3 cents...

"operational profitability by year end"...interesting term. Does that mean turning a profit by year end? Cashflow positive (which in my opinion is way more important)? Gross profit? I'm expecting a horrible earnings release but do love to be surprised.

On a different interview last year, the CEO said Bedrocan will be profitable if it can sell 1000KG cannabis in a year. This represents $7.5 million annually, which is 1,875,000 a quarter(250KG). My understanding is the 2015 Q4(ends on Jan 31st, 2016) will be a breakeven quarter with revenue 1,875,000$.  And the following Qs, will make very stable money. Bedrocan now has 6 approved grow rooms ...more

It is. Today, APH.V released its earning report. It only had Revenue $ 51,540. And yet, APH's market cap is 20% higher than Bedrocan. What a joke!!! Sh*t really happens here in this sector.
