my 10 grand worth

Big news with tweed and bedrocan but I can't help but think that this is a backwards deal. I am a bedrocan shareholder after doing my due diligence and felt this was the safest investment because of their straight up no nonsense objective to produce and supply pharmaceutical grade marijuana to patients in Canada. In Canada, this is where the legal demand is and common sense tells me that in order to get a doctor to prescribe marijuana it would have to be consistent strength and quality and this seems to be the reason for this affair between V.BED and V.TWD. Tweed needed Bedrocan and what it stands for and got it at a firesale price imho. I think Bedrocan sold out a little too soon with their new crop ready for approval by Health Canada and their tight mouthed and closed door policy for disseminating information hindered the share price making it an even better deal for Tweed. I was in it for the longhaul believing that it would take time and their business model would succeed compared to the 1500 or so ditchweed miners trying to salvage what was left of their mining efforts. One of my concerns is that Tweed management has publicly stated that they will be steering clear of the US market until the feds get on the program. With the increasing demand for mipps (marijuana infused products) and the shortage of the essential ingredient stateside this doesn't seem to be well thought out imho. The Canadian market as it stands is very limited and quality government tested and approved product has to be in demand south of the border and with 15 licensed producers and distributors I suspect that the supply is over-abundant for our Canadian market. The next election may change things but it will still take a couple of years to iron out the wrinkles and legalities of rec pot if the liberals are elected. This is a long term hold and my guess is that Tweed will keep the investors informed but not keeping your US market options open is not good business considering they have a roaring, undersupplied rec market looking for the magic ingredients that we produce. Has anybody heard how Bedrocans first grow turned out by HC standards? Others are doing it and we are best positioned imho if we break the mindset. C.NHL has recognized the US market as the place to be for mipps and have a good business plan that needs some growing up as they implement. They are pursuing mass produced, consistent quality and strength mipps for the pharma and rec market. With all this pot production and usage I also invested in C.BLO, inventor of the THC roadside rapid, hand held breathalyzer whose product is getting attention from police and the smoking and non-smoking public. dyodd and glta

I wonder if staying out of the US until it is federally accept might be a political move..what  I mean is that if they enter the states and piss the WH off then it might piss the canadian Gov. off and then piss HC off.. Elections coming up and we want to keep both sides happy with the regulated direction . JMO C

Bedrocan team is good at growing but not good at marketing or finiancing. This is the fact we have to accept.

Bedrocan has also stated many times that they will not enter into the US MJ market until the laws down there change. So Tweed and Bed are on the same page. In the future, once HC gives the official ok, they should be able to make edibles or form a partnership with a Canadian MJ edible company and have that company distribute in the US market. Another revenue stream. These companies are always ...more
