Timing

We need to hear some news soon on regulator approvals and voting re: merger/buyout by Tweed. It was expected to close by end of August but may be delayed. It will get done but I can see a delay coming. Keep adding more shares @ 0.80 and 0.81. Combined company will be leader in industry. GLTA
