Federal contract?

Biden's green plan and BES an approved federal contractor. I'm thinking this is reason for halt. If Not something even more exciting like a contract with Ford or dare I dream Tesla?! Sorry I'll try not to get ahead of myself.

The time of day and out of the blue like this I'm going with they recieved a buyout offer.....they have to inform IIROC as soon as they get one........if they did of course, if I'm right no news today is my guess....if I'm wrong maybe the news hounds will be released any minute.....either way it's all good.
