Echelon Buy = NCIB Engagement

Echelong was the nominated agent for BEWs NICB and they completed a buy today for 15K shares. 

Expecting these regular buys to continue throughout the quarter.

That is good news. There are 15 more trading days before blackout period start. If Echelong maintain 23c+ buying, it will at least put a floor on the stock price

One time buy of 15K shares and out? BEW need to buy back aggresively. 15 days and 15K buy will not do any good.
