1 year to go before 10M warrant expire

Exactly one year to go before 10M warrant at 0.35$ expired. The warrants were issued on Feb 15, 2019 and has been in money only for 2 or 3 days in last 4 years.

Hope of warrants being in money before expiry are reducing every passing day. Only 400k shares bought back under NCIB so far.

U do know that warrant dilute the stock right ? They don't need money right now. The have 3.5 millions in cash and 88 millions actions in circulation. I get that you want them to buy back and then with the warrant get the cash back but what if they don't exercice ? You could get yourself in trouble. For me there a lot more to focus on than those warrant. They can still buy some back and ...more

Yes, I was expecting this from you. So you don't expect the share price of BEW should go or will go above 35C by Feb 2024. You may also say that company management is deliberately doing poor to keep the share price in mid 20s so that warrants expire without being exercised. You may also be thinking suddenly or gradually after Feb 2024 stock price will keep rising as no further dilution ...more

Yes, if warrants are exercised, it will dilute the stock. Let me ask, why company issue warrants if not wanted those to exercise? Warrants are incentive to investors putting money in PP. You may say I don’t care for those investors. Fine. See the performance of company stock price. 4 years on and trailing every index. Warrants could not be in money even for 4 days in 4 years. If company wants to ...more

Again the compagnie doesnt need cash right now and the hope is that they won't need financing anymore. Those warrant may have very well been issue before the 0.19 round of financing. So safe to say thing haven't developped as quickly has they would have like. I get that you want them to be aggressive but the goal here is to build recuring revenu and have a stable buisness long term and ...more

Agree company doesn't need cash right now to run day to day business operation. In fact, company has surplus cash and invested 1M in GIC @2.7% annual interest. I want the surplus cash to use for buy back. (BTW these 10M warrants were issued along with 0.19 round of financing 4 years back) The recurring revenue depends on the number of units in use and revenue earned per unit. All the mobile ...more

4 years below 35 cents. Its clear management isnt interested in increasing shareholder value. The recurring revenue they care about is their salary. They make enough to pay themselves well. We are not going to get new investors with this performance

Totally agree that with this type of performance Company is not getting new investors. Share price is holding only because existing investors are so far on hold mode but how long.
