Earning projections better be stellar to justify this PE. Still not taking any out. Going to ride...

Company need to show a 12 months forward EPS of 2-2.5c or net profit of 400-500K per quarter to justify this stock price. It is doable. 24Q1 net profit was 210K. Q2 is typically strogest Q of BEW.

They are also one of many companies on Atrium's list of potential takeover candidates. Most of the takeovers have been in the tech sector.  Recurring revenues put a higher PE on a company and those are growing strategically.

Yes, BeWhere is a potential takeover candidate and I consider it when I say 2c forward EPS can justify the 65c stock price. But in my opinion founders and CEO & COO who are also holding about 10% stock each, getting 300K yearly in salary & allownces, may not let the company sold for a few more years. Both founder sold their last company and now they are old to start a new, so they may hang ...more

CSI gave a 40x p/s premium by a large company for a takeover scenario, at that valuation Owen and company will be happy to sell out. Even at 20X, they would likely accept, rather than toil away for many more years.

Cant wait for tommorow results. I keep in mind that the big sales follow up was annonce in july so may not be in Q2. So Q3 suppose to be good also.

In one of the presentation on YouTube, CEO told that Q2 sales were closed by May 15, earliest ever. So revenue for Q2 should be robust. Look for net profit and operating expenses.

Revenues are recognized when product is shipped. Closing sales by May 15 doesn't make sense unless they had no product to ship out. Are you sure about what you heard in the presentation.

It's here at the 26 min mark, it just states they are almost closing their order book to encourage customers to take product, else they will have to wait till Q3, this is after having one of their largest orders at 11K units in a day

That is what I was also concenered if they run out of devices. I tried to ask this question in AGM but somehow I couldn't get in the presentation. I think after taking large order, they may have run out of devices.

That's a possibility, so they told their customers to place their orders ASAP for delivery in Q2 giving them lead time to build orders, else orders would be filled in Q3. It appears Q2 could be quite robust and when you see that Q2 2023 was only $3M, could be a substantial improvement YoY given Q1 was at $3.5M. There appeared to have been heavy buying recently with over 2M shares traded from  ...more

Same here.. the YoY incremental growth should be really good. And the other business developments are also very in focus. The next 2 years here will be exciting AF. Really glad to be aboard and holding for the long term. Go BEWHERE!

Absolutely. And they only bought 76K on July 31, a day where it traded about 350K. They haven't bought any shares since then and the heavy trading above .60 has been retail. In the SCD Owen was being complimented about a boring business. I'm good with a boring business but a not so boring stock. BTW, anyone interested in a boring business and boring micro cap stock that is also doing a ...more
