Re: compensation

-I haven't looked at proxies yet but my immediate response is Steven Stares does work extremely hard and is working to increase shareholder value. I think its important that He makes a lot of money and if He does we all do.
-Options are incentives to performance.
-The amount of options are set by the Directors , sometimes a little self serving but its the way it is.
-I might comment further when I read things over .
-In the meantime I suspect Steven Stares is in crappy weather in Newfoundland , away from His immediate Family, coordinating bad drilling conditions and waiting for core from The Kraken.

Option terms are the same everywhere. Strike is always "in the context of the market" and max term is 5 years. Juniors have low base salaries because they have no revenue to pay it, and have limited funding. Bex and sic are comparable. I don't think anyone has a complaint about cash pay that either ceo makes. We all got bills.

Nice little pop to make it easier. Good luck to all, I'll be over at sic, and we all share the same exciting drill results coming soon.
