I GET NERVOUS

when the board is quiet.  Somebody post how good things are going to be.  Silver ( as I have said so many times before) seems to be gaining strength.

Plenty of good news to give. According to a phone conversation which a shareholder just had, Bayhorse is in the process of producing the concentrate right this moment, and should be finished in about a month. This information accords with the reports of several other people who have e-mailed Graeme recently. The company has also paid off about 2 million dollars' worth of debt (so nearly all of ...more

Are you saying the 3/31 date is no longer in play?
Comment by Henrich428 on Mar 11, 2021 3:55am
An e-mail from 28 Feb. reads: "we anticipate the first shipment of concentrate under our off-take agreement by the end of March." That's where I inferred the date 31/01. Most recent conversation with loose language of "should be finished in about a month" pretty much accords with that. Doesn't really trouble me on precisely what date everything both gets done ...more

Are you saying 428 that G has been shipping product ,being paid, creating a cash flow and keeping it a secret from the investing public.  That, 428 is what is insane.  I should have known, I did really down deep, but I am a born sucker.  All these years and he finally goes into production and has the gall not to release info to the world.  Wand is never going to see G standing ...more

Haha, what. No, lad, that's not what I said. Wouldn't surprise me if they got paid first by Ocean. The details are confidential nor am I an expert in the matter. I have no idea how these off-take agreements go. All I said is, first, that if they have paid off $2 million in debt they must have all the working capital that they could ever hope for, secondly that they are confidently ...more

Yes, that was an exaggeration. But now seriously: What did they actually do with the flotation concentrate that accumulated during the start-up phase of the flotation plant from September to December? Debt paid?
Comment by Henrich428 on Mar 11, 2021 6:55am
There would have been only about one ton of silver produced from those 400 tons of material, or about $1 million CAD's worth. Not enough simply to go and fulfil the initial deal with Ocean immediately, which we infer is about 100 million ounces/$2.5 million CAD, but would have given BHS a good head start. Then as regards producing the rest of the silver, as @wanderer9641 said, " ...more

Q&A...To and from Graeme... Q; Just curious, as to when  Bayhorse silver will get paid for its concentrate? Will it be on a per shipment basis (monthly) or when all of it is contractually   agreed concentrate is sent at end of year? Has there been any advanced payment? A; "Typically a partial payment is made when the shipment is loaded onboard the ship, with a final ...more

Wow WHATTHE1...thanks for sharing. Man this is getting exciting. With Heinrich research it seems news is imminent (maybe a month or so)....we need silver prices to cooperate and we will never see the 20's again
