Delay in assays

My spidy sense is telling me that they are waiting to release all of the remaining holes and the IP survey in one batch, probably in early January.  This is not the junior mining company way of doing things but it is the major mining company way of doing things.  They are relying on Barrick for interpretation which gives Barrick a lot of say in when and how results are released.

I think you're right on that. I work for a big company and I pity anyone unfortunate enough to work with us on a prospect. I laughed when a friend at a smaller company was working with our secondes and he ask me "how do you guys get any work done, all you want to do is have meetings" I know it's awful was all I could say haha. Based on my estimates,  we are still on track to receive the assays for hole 8, and nothing suggests to me they are holding on to the results.   There is also no reason to delay the 3d IP, since Chris Paul (CEO) already commented very positively on the preliminary data, which actually doesn't differ a lot from the final 3d data based on experience from people in the field

Do i have my understanding about  " news releasing time "  mixed up? companies have a specific amount of time to bring the news to public from the time they get the results from the lab or, any other info of importance to the public. Would this wrong interpretacion? Perhaps there is a back door that i am not aware of ...

"Management" has a lot of discretion when it comes to releasing news in a "timely manner".  They can easily justify withholding results until they entire drill programme is complete.

Thank you for helping. Got it. Forgive me for my comment, "timely manner" is very vague and very dependente on. as you mentioned  "...discretion ... and ... justification... "  Well, the game is called, for MANY resons, VERY speculative(in favor of the house, of couse). just me. All the best.
