This is amateur league if they are making excuses for not being current with filings. Also revenues need to be 5x to justify half a billion MC IMO, but look at Doge nobody cares about valuation at the moment lol.

Lol ok if you say so, Company touting they are want to be regulated licenced etc, and they can't get thier financials out on time? sounds like they are making excuses for not being prepared.

It isn't a great look, I agree, but missing a filing does happen now again for companies. It probably didn't help that COVID is a thing and whatnot. I am willing to give them a pass, at least until I see financials. And this is where BIGG has now painted themselves into a bit of a corner with their explanation of missing the filing due to explosive growth. If those financials are anything ...more
