company trivia
Looks like Steve Sangha is the largest insider shareholder and to his credit bought 170,000 shares in the last three months, most in the mid to upper twenties. Our CEO owns a paltry 384,806. We aslo have directors David Lu who was granted 962,548 options 4 years ago and is listed as owning 1,590,162 shares and Tony Lema who isn't listed as owning any shares. Then there is Andri Stytsenko, listed as owning 220,000 shares. Apparently he is not a director now as there are only the aforementioned listed as directors on Blockchain's webpage. And finally there is David Patterson who owns 220,000 shares of which 200,000 were bought under prospectus exemption.
NOTE: I'm not sure this info is accurate as it was taken from stockhouse's insiders report. But I do know what is accurate and that is Steve has been the only buyer at these low prices and our CEO has gone missing. Why isn't he buying down here? Even if he only bought a few thousand every week or so, it would show confidence in his company. For example, if you want to see an example of that look at the CEO of NLH and you can see exactly what I mean. For disclosure, I own shares in NLH.

Correct that, re Steve's buys..it was 179,000 not 170,000 as I previously posted.

Well I believe Sergei Stystenko is in Kyiv so probably busy right now, if that is who you are refering too. Bought his shares a $1.25. I don't see Doug Wu in the list but he should own some. Hopefully have an update on Arkade soon, I haven't heard anything.

Well said, WK. I too always look to see if the CEO and insiders are buying cheap, and it's never good sign when you don't see them buying at these levels. I mean if this is so dirt cheap wouldn't it make sense to throw every extra dollar they have at it? If/when BITK goes to 25 cents they'd be doubling their money from here. Them not buying worries me.
