Decision timeline

Long time shareholder here, just looking for a little input or thought into this. So on Nov 9 bkm posted that The Company has been advised that there is no legislated timeline for this decision. Once the Ministers have reached a decision, the EAO will post the related materials to the Morrison project page and advise PBM of the decision" Then on Nov 23rd Lake Babine Nation and the Province have signed a collaborative agreement to advance reconciliation, social and community well-being, and regional economic growth under environmental assessment legislation. The agreement is an important step in shared decision-making between the Province and Lake Babine Nation. The collaboration agreement describes how the Environmental Assessment Office (EAO) and Lake Babine Nation will work together on future environmental assessments for projects in the Nations territory. It highlights the Nations assessment criteria for proposed projects, including the Nations Sustainability Framework and Socio-Economic Impacts Framework, allowing proponents to understand what Lake Babine Nation expects of projects proposed for its territory. Now another mine just got it's permit. ( I feel like it could be used to say " see! Were not against mining in BC" just like the whole taseko mines shinanigans. I feel that this should be a win for everyone if the mine is awarded the permit. But with all that's happened over the years a part of me wonders if the cards are being stacked against Booker.

One last thought before I go to bed... Maybe I'm being a little cynical here or completely interpreting this all wrong, but for the BC government to sign a deal "first of its kind" with the lake babine nation this close to a final decision on the mine. It takes the all the pressure off the BC ministers this go round with going ahead and denying the mine it's permit again. They ...more
