dissappointed a many that this didnt run higher today on what seemed to be one of the last barriers to approval ... 

reasons why 
1. many shareholder have all the shares they need of this stock and have accumulated over the last decade so old timers doubt add on this 

2. old tmers skeptical as we have been close before 

3. someone may be trying to hold stock from running to far too fast .. seems llike there is alwasy someone on the ask ... why would anyone sell now ? 


volume is good 
suspect these are new comers too our stock and story  / i mean 10x the daily volume 
hopefully high volume attracts even more investors and momentum investors

i hope we get approval prior to the New Year

I really don't know why people are selling at the stage of the game? The last time we were this close we were trading in the $14 dollar range... either there is something that we are not being told and people are liquidating for the last few dollars that they can salvage, or there is just no confidence in the process and the majority feel this is going no where. Given how this project has been treated by the past government I'm not surprised that somebody might be selling at this price to de-risk a bit.  Especially if they bought the dip below a dollar two years ago.  Today's action while disappointing it isn't really consequential.  The decision is the only thing that matters now.  I think a lot of us have already

Do you remember last halt, just on speculation shares jumped to $3.75 within a couple hours of open, when John halted BKM, Boy cried wolf to many times, IMO, Maybe someone trying to hold stock from running up to fast, 64000 shares, THAT someone must have a lot of shares.
