Official referral to Minister

Just posted on BC EPIC notices: Official referral to minister today. So 45 day clock now officially ticking. So.... by end of January as most of us speculated. I'll have to figure out how to post a picture of the notice. It's not on the specific Morrison project EPIC website yet.
