share price less then if we got denied .... IMHO
with mineralsin the ground....
gold commisioner extending lease...
and risk of damages with denial due to unfair practive by gov t in past i would say that even with a denial we are trading a good 5 dollras below where we should be that's right even with a denial i woud make the case that the risk fo damages is worth a 160 million marked cap (8 dollars a share ) or higher as that would be damages and we still own the lease to the land with minerals !!!!
what am i missing ?
who si offering there shares up for 3.79 candian and on US side some up is offering up shares for 3.15 / i added another 1500 or so this am ....
is there something wrong with me or the stock... i gues the two arent mutually exclusive.

This is intentional... Someone is keeping this down for some nefarious purpose..IMO There is NO WAY the stock should be trading at these levels being this close to a decision. Perhaps a large player is purposefully keeping this under wraps for thier own reason... cheap mine? I hope BKM does not play into this game and hold out for the true asset value.
