Perfect Storm
With the stock market on the way down and many experts predicting a 50% correction this could be an incredibly opportune time to receive a positive permit outcome.
With inflation out of control this correction is long overdue and those with cash on hand will have some tremendous buying opportunities very soon.
I see gold having a nice rally and bitcoin once it hits $20,000 will rocket to $100,000+ quickly.
To those pessimists out there remember last time we thought the permit was near the price hit $15 on a $50 post permit prediction and now it sits at $3-$4 on a post permit price of $100+.
There are only a handful of people who know and the rest of us hope logic prevails! Go BKM Go
