I sure hope no one follows Cruizer's advice if you're mentioning PBM. We have enough enemies. We only have a 10% chance of getting this through. And, this will be our last time to do it. A careful and detailed plan needs to be put in place. But, we don't need to alientate anyone else in government or FN. Management has done enough of that already.
