And just what would you suggest that BKM and all the share holders do???? If we have learned anything it's not to trust LBN and the BC Government. Beat them in court before and will do it again. both LBN and Government. BKM has offered them shares and partnership in company, they won't even reply, SO LETS TAKE THEM TO COURT FOR ONE LAST TIME, WIN OR LOSE THEN IT'S OVER. NO MORE BS

BKM did not beat the government in court. BKM will never beat the government incourt because it has no friggin case.  Court is a losing effort, period, end of story. The only way to move this project forward is to do a new application.  I've been saying this for years but everyone is too stupid and stubborn to listen.

They won over the Liberals, judge agreed that the liberals kept moving the goal post, if i remember right

Yes.  And what did the judge award BKM ?  They demanded that the minister reevaluate the application.   There is no route to getting a certificate or financial damages through the court.   None.  It's a fool's errand to attempt to do so, expecially since BKM did NOTHING to try to appease the AEO's requests for more information. The definition of
