This is a material change so won't  it be tied up for a few months before exchange gives approval ? Paying $53 million ...on less than 1 million revenue ? Bitcoin crypto about to tank?   Any thoughts Nogda ?

I don't think it'll take that long given the potential for the merger was communicated months ago. Fair point on the valuation, I guess you have to add in crypto multiples and whilst the numbers disclosed look small, I can only imagine DD has revealed that GlobalBlocks's ARR in Mar, Apr and May this year have been substantial!
