Cancellation of Shares
sets the stage for a special dividend. Since Brilliant Resources has lost their golden opportunity in Africa, Courtney Wolfe and Harrington Global (Formerly Salida Capital International LP) want to move on with a big chunk of change (eg. 24 cents would cost $35 million and still leave the Brilliant guys with almost $12 million for their next venture).

Sounds like they would pay out all current share holders based on the value of the company which is over 30 cents once all the payments are collected. Going to be a windfall if you've bought at the current price.

Get your shares now once this breaks .20 cents it's gone! In such uncertain markets we have a guarneteed double sitting here. When does anyone get a shot at money like this? Crazy that it's still under .20
