Does everyone know when this stock plans to trade again?

It's been halted almost the entire year of 2023. No updates or news since August 1, 2023. Last time they did a Corporate Presentation was May 2022. Are these guys for real or just stalling for time?
Maybe we're waiting for a fresh start in 2024?
