Too much

Why would you raise that kind of money? Totally diluting all share holder at this level. Usually you raise money as you go, at higher levels. Not good management, probably private jets coming for these clowns.

What you will want to do is mark your calendar at 4 months after this pp closers . When all these 30 mil shares all becomes free trading.
