Money is king and if there is a slight diluton of shares to get the necessary money to drive this forward, the results will prove to be in your favor.  Juniors have no income other than a hope and a promise and raising capital through shares.  If they did not do this then thier options are few and selling off this asset at this stage would lose money.  Once a proven and probable is ...more

I'm not arguing the need to be well financed. If you have confidence in your project , you raise money on the way up. Let's say in $20 mill tranches. And reduce dilution.A bit of Red flag and a sell out.

The dilution is not slight....it is in the 35% range if you count everything, more if you dont. You will probably be correct that the stock will be a winner, but the dilution is a price killer. You will get less $ for your win with each dilutive financing. I have to agree with another poster, who suggested an incremental approach with the financing. Why not do $15 million at .87 cents, and ...more
