BNP - Appears to be Coming Back to Life

They seem to be working on raising money. If the deal closes, the shares could trade again. I hear that the initial target price is a dime, which is a long way from the last trade (at a penny).

If they land a loan pkg of that size, you can bet some heavy hitters are in on this with management...no way it opens at 10 cents, could be much higher than that IMO
