Thoughts from investor presentation
Hi all,
If you missed the presentation, you didn't miss out if you have watched any of them from the past 2-3 months.
Basically just went quickly over March '21 financials and talked about the business (Same ol' same ol').
I did ask about cash-on-hand and Dom keeps assuring it is good. I did a deep dive on the financials and the salary cost are certainly increasing, but this should be expected for a growth company (Of course keep an eye on it).
Biggest takeaway was that Banxa is aiming for the NASDAQ (not new info) in early to mid '22 if you read between the lines on what Dom said. Other than that, nothing exciting.
Did notice on twitter that Dom said TTVs are going to quarterly reports (take that as you will) so that explains the lack of an update for July.

Thanks for the update *fluffysassafras* usually these investor showcases are useless and waste of time. Wow no July update? Weird.... And no indication what a potential $88mil of stock sale might be for??? Great

Sorry, my Q to Dom was a two parter. He only answered my part for cash-on-hand. Thinking they don't want to release any info on the shelf prospectus if there is nothing imminent. Thinking it is a tool to keep in their pocket, but just the filing of one causes some to panic.
