New investor relations/marketing functions agreement

Banxa has entered into an agreement with Outside the Box Capital Inc. to provide marketing services to enhance its investor relations & marketing functions.

Banxa is currently finalizing the various approvals required for the resumption of trading and expects trading on the TSXV to recommence imminently.
