Why the doubt on Mr Kuhn icky? I imagine when he was invited to join Temas he had a look around and liked what he saw. Liked it so much he decides to become a part of what he saw. Quite frankly I see his powerful resume as a means to putting related parties togehter to get this done faster!

Offtake agreement/s-due to the proven size of our asset perhaps there are offtake partners that would like to ensure future supply for their busness needs. Offtake agreements offer some upfront cash and establish a contract for future sales. 

The existing mine-while some have referred as Pobordje as a "pilot project" I would suggest a fruitful strategy would be to explore agressively all of our land surrounding the mine so that there would be coninuity of mining once starated. The simple award of the existing mine would make us a mining company in one news release! MAJOR shortcut. All that is required to get into production is a few million bucks and 6-8 months fit up.

Thanks for the great commentary minepic, I appreciate it and I agree wholeheartedly.  The vast connections and resources the Kuhn brings to Temas would benefit EV should a partnership be entered into.  I'm hopeful he leverages his resources, and gets us up and mining at warp speed with access to a ton of capital should we need it.   At the same time, if he can pull a few
