How can Temas say no?!

Unless something really stinks in the DD process, how could Temas say no?!  Virtually nothing to buy in, and all kinds of upside.
If any of you have a good reputation on the mining front, let's throw in an offer for $20M. I'm good at cutting grass and street hockey so that doesn't help much. But we can wait and see if it pans out, if not they get a stake in our home brew operation?!
It's more a matter of whether they buy in as the project goes forward. Of course they can borrow the money from their deep pocket backers, so what's not to like. You wait for the mining licence and then its a no brainer for Temas.  Finger lickin' good y'all!

Any Takers?  Critical Mind? Lanny? Cannedcrap?  How did Temas lose 34% of its value in under 30 days?  Educate me please!

21% since bringing on Kuhn, the hooked up, billion dollar deal maker.  anyone?

Nope, can't figure it out. Must be a bad deal, like bitcoin dropped and Tesla dropped at the same time making Elon no longer richest man-bum! constant whining, fear and loathing and your dribble falls on deaf ears (cept for the other haters). Come on and sell off $.09 vs $.00 and you would look like Warren Buffet!!

I'll bag hold til 30 cents thanks and walk away with 268k.   You can stil lbe grumpy and I will still be happy to send you a christmas card.  I don't have any love for the other haters, I would like to hit a buck and walk away with a million bucks. To the moon!   Send me your email, I'll send my position.  You'll quickly learn that I'm happy to ...more

Well, iamlickzy, I have seen this happen when the market perceives that the acquiring company is paying too much of a premium to acquire a company, which may be a positive for EV.   But then again, Temas has been in this acquiring overlooked good assets business long enough to know when to pay a premium.   Maybe the market is missing something, after all Temas are in the trenches kicking ...more

In June 2018, Erin had InvestCo interested too....better deal than Temas...and they said no after stringing us along for almost a year...what a waste of time...and not to mention InvestCo 2 also was present...only to say no as well....so until Temas signs ....they can say no too !

With only $463k left, we run out of cash in 6 months...cutting it too close before Temus has to decide IMO. Remember, we are on Serbian time.

RJM  100% Temas could say No .I looked into thier financials. and was not impressed .You don,t borrow to buy!!! I see a bump and dump as   I looked at thier SP now I want to break even but  you can see why I,m caution!! History is where I get my doubts about EV and partners. You hit the nail on the head. Bravo.  Now, I could use some more shares in the next month. .09 is acceptable to me now, but .05 would be better.  Help me out here boys.  (oh my god, I'm turning into Lanigold!!). We need something good to happen very soon.

If you want more shares, why not get warrants too. Call Blake to partipate in the next pp. They should have one soon IMO.
Comment by Myrty1 on Feb 25, 2021 9:41am
Touch my friend. Well played. And that brings up a good point.  They appear to be at a point where they can call in most of the cheap warrants. it will soon be time to ask warrant holders to ante up. I think it would be good for Tim to say something like "while I can't make a 100% guarantee, we expect to go PP free in the foreseeable future and most likely forever" to cut off ...more

You borrow to buy when something is too good to pass on even though you can't afford it, it can make you or break you, companies do that all the time especally in the oil patch.  Some succeed some don't, it is like playing the Roulette, placing all you bets on red or black...
