i got on the board today, expecting news on this "agreement". i get NOTHING!
 just pumping a $5/sh price without facts. what is really going on?

$5.00/share in 2021?  150M shares (closer to 225M when all is said and done). for 1/2 of a $2B deposit, mined over 20 years. Way out of wack in my book. You don't need to hype this..... Still good but not that good.

The mine was expect to reap about $67M USD/year, outlined a few years back. So convert to US dollars, also give it a little extra value as time has gone by. Let's say $100M CAN. Now on the ownership side, let's say warrants get executed, which brings in $$ too, but at a discounted amount. At any rate, let's spitball it at 200M shares.  We only get half of the $100M, so $50M/200M

But why would anyone be outraged nothing happened on Monday?  Both parties had that time to do their Due Diligence. Get outraged when April 15 rolls around and nothing announced.

As things are stand right now, Piskanja will earn about $4.00 per EV share in 2021 dollars.  I would think that, at the high end, the SP would not exceed that.  So, to be safe, maybe half of that would be my prediction.  But, maybe there's more boron in Piskanja than we know about, maybe the price of colemanite\boric acid goes parabolic, and probably many other maybes. But

I agree with a couple of the analyzes of late: $2.00 to $3.50, I think my be a fair mid-term estimate. Jarandol is the real wild card. My feeling is that there is potential for a big upward surprise there. Just imho. Nobodysfuel
