that road block is not hitting the bid but forcing any sellers to sell under......... when sellers dry up then roadblock will move higher

tmp, Wait for that "Institution" to show up and their clients (Big Boys) who want to buy truckloads, then watch the price soar. Demand will out weigh Supply taking the price in a steep upward trajectory, and if you want in, you will have to pay the price.
