Is management worried that Temas will be a no show so they are raising funds before they have to tell the shareholders?

That, or perhaps an imminent announcement of a PP that's already fully subscribed.  Either way, some of the usually frequent contributors to this board have been unusually quiet of late, which does give one pause for thought.....
